Luxury Picnics and Event Styling in San Clemente, CA

San Clemente is home base for The Picnic Collective, so this is the town we know best. From the grass above the pier to quiet backyard patios in Talega and the bluffs near T-Street, we bring styled low tables, cushions, florals, umbrellas and candlelight, then pack everything up when you are done.

Because our studio is here, San Clemente clients often book short-notice date nights, birthday brunches and sunset proposals. We also style standard height tables for showers, rehearsal dinners and backyard dinner parties, where guests sit in bistro chairs under taper candles and fairy lights.

Locals love pairing a picnic with a lunch box from The Picnic Cafe, our sister cafe, which is included with every Bliss package: a half sandwich, a small boxed charcuterie and a surprise dessert per guest.

Pricing is the same wherever we go. Bliss low table picnics start at $499 for two and run $799 for up to 6 guests through $1,999 for up to 30. Standard height Tabletop styling is $79 per person, and our Tea Party package is $39 per person. A 20% fee applies to the whole package, add-ons included. Do you set up picnics at the San Clemente pier or beaches?

We set up at San Clemente beaches, parks and private homes. Some public spots have city rules, so tell us your preferred location and we will confirm what works before you book.

How far in advance should I book in San Clemente?

Weekends and sunset slots go first. Booking two to three weeks ahead is safest, but because we are based here, ask us about shorter notice.

Is food included?

Every Bliss package includes a Picnic Cafe lunch box per guest. Grazing boards, dessert stations and a lavish grazing table are available as add-ons.
